Our Emergency Financial Assistance can cover the rent or the mortgage or keep the lights burning and the heat on.

HCSNV provides Emergency Financial Assistance to eligible families in the following Northern Virginia communities:

Alexandria
Annandale/Baileys Crossroads
Fairfax County
Fairfax City
Falls Church
Springfield/South County
Vienna

HCSNV receives funding from the Fairfax County Consolidated Community Funding Pool, FreddieMac Foundation, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) and Sheehy Ford of Springfield.
