Housing Counseling & Case Management

We work with our clients to stabilize their housing situation and then we follow up to ensure success.

HCSNV provides Housing Counseling and Case Management Services to eligible families in the following Northern Virginia communities:

Alexandria
Annandale/Baileys Crossroads
Fairfax County
Fairfax City
Falls Church
Springfield/South County
Vienna

HCSNV receives funding from the Fairfax County Consolidated Community Funding Pool, FreddieMac Foundation, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) and Sheehy Ford of Springfield.
