Financial Literacy Training

HCSNV’s Financial Literacy classes can help you win the “battle of the bills.”

In partnership with the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), HCSNV conducts bilingual (English-and Spanish-language) homeownership workshops that cover topics that promote self-sufficiency, including budget counseling, housing opportunities, landlord/tenant relations, avoiding fraud, homeownership and planning for a child’s education.


HCSNV receives funding from the Fairfax County Consolidated Community Funding Pool, FreddieMac Foundation, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) and Sheehy Ford of Springfield.
